教师效能感来源于著名心理学家班杜拉的自我效能理论,教师效能感是指教师相信自己有能力对学生的学习产生积极影响的信念,包括一般教育效能感和个人教学效能感。教师自我效能感对教师的教育水平、学生的学业成绩等许多方面都有重要的影响,因此分析教师效能感的影响因素,提高教师的教学效能感具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文在参照已有研究成果的基础上,通过对某学校教师以调查问卷的形式,分析了影响效能感的若干因素。
Teacher efficacy derives from self-efficacy theory of well-known psychologist Bentura. Teacher efficacy refers to teachers 'beliefs that they have the ability to have a positive impact on students' learning, including general education efficacy and personal teaching efficacy. Teachers 'self-efficacy has an important influence on teachers' education level and students 'academic performance. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the influencing factors of teacher's efficacy and teachers' sense of teaching efficacy. Based on the existing research results, this paper analyzes some factors that affect the sense of efficacy through the questionnaire of a school teacher.
