目的 观察并比较膜引导组织再生术和硅胶管桥接法修复面神经的作用和效果。方法 分别采用膜引导组织再生术和硅胶管桥接法进行兔面神经缺损修复 ,以自体神经移植作为对照 ,通过电生理学和组织学方法 ,观察和比较两种修复方法的效果。结果 上述两种方法都具有修复面神经缺损的作用 ,但其效果存在差别。膜引导组织再生组术后 3个月时 ,两侧面神经干传导速度之差值为 2 .33± 1.2m/s ,而硅橡胶管组为 10 .2 1± 1.5m/s,自体神经移植组为 2 .16± 1.6m/s。结论 膜引导组织再生术修复面神经的效果明显优于硅橡胶管桥接法 ,且具有其它优点 ,有望成为修复面神经的新的有效方法之一
Objective To observe and compare the effects and effects of membrane guided tissue regeneration and silicone tube bridge repair of facial nerve. Methods Membrane guided tissue regeneration and silicone tube bridging were used to repair rabbit facial nerve defects. Autologous nerve graft was used as a control. The effects of the two repair methods were observed and compared by electrophysiological and histological methods. Results The above two methods all have the effect of repairing facial nerve defects, but their effects are different. At 3 months after operation in the membrane-guided tissue regeneration group, the difference in nerve conduction velocity between the two sides was 2.33 ± 1.2 m / s, while that in the silicone rubber tube group was 10.21 ± 1.5 m / s. Autologous nerve graft The group was 2.16 ± 1.6 m / s. Conclusions Membrane guided tissue regeneration is superior to silicon rubber tube bridge in repairing facial nerve and has other advantages and is expected to be one of the new and effective methods to repair facial nerve
