随着新课程理念的逐年推广,传统的教育思想“传道、授业、解惑”不再成为课堂教学的首要任务,许多教师同时注重学生在获得知识方面的探索和创新意识与能力的培养。在课堂教学中,教师的主要职能已从知识的传播者转变为学生发展的促进者,这是新课程的课堂教学中教师角色的根本变化,也是一个飞跃和突变,更是一个全新的挑战。
With the promotion of the new curriculum concept year by year, the traditional education ideology “preaching, teaching, solving ” no longer becomes the primary task of classroom teaching, many teachers also pay attention to students’ knowledge and exploration of innovation awareness and ability to cultivate. In classroom teaching, the main function of teachers has changed from the disseminators of knowledge to the promoters of student development. This is a fundamental change, a leap and a mutation in the role of teachers in the classroom teaching of the new curriculum. It is also a brand new challenge.
