作为企业经营的永恒目标——“利润最大化”一直是企业赖以生存和发展的基础。从秉承“诚实信用、客户满意”的核心价值观开始,到成就“百年企业”的宏伟愿景,企业的出发点和立足点都旨在实现利润最大化。建筑业还是一个劳力密集型和管理密集型的产业,且大部分企业集中于建筑业价值体系的低附加值环节,因此在竞争更加激烈的建筑市场中谋发展,更需要我们不懈的拼搏。综合起来说,实现企业利润最大化主要在于如下几个方面:一个目标:企业利润最大化;两条线索:资金控制、计划控制;三项内容:合同订立、施工过程中控制、事后分析。
As the eternal goal of business management - “profit maximization ” has always been the basis for the survival and development of enterprises. From adhering to the core values of “Honesty and Credit, Customer Satisfaction”, to the ambitious vision of “100 years of enterprise”, the enterprise’s starting point and foothold are all aimed at maximizing profits. Construction is still a labor-intensive and management-intensive industry, and most of the enterprises are concentrated in the low value-added part of the construction value system. Therefore, seeking development in the more competitive construction market also requires our unremitting efforts. Taken together, the realization of corporate profits to maximize the main lies in the following aspects: one goal: the maximization of corporate profits; two clues: financial control, program control; three elements: the contract, the construction process control, after the analysis.
