跪跳起是女生体操教学中技巧组合套路的最后一个动作,即前滚翻直腿坐——后倒肩肘倒立(稍停)——单肩后滚翻成单膝跪撑——跪立——跪跳起。在多年的体操教学中,笔者对这一动作进行观察,发现其对女生腰部的损伤占技巧教学中70~80%的损伤比例。又因为这一动作是初中二年级至大学一年级的体育课教学大纲中必修教学内容之一。因此本文就其损伤的原因及保健做如下论述。 一、损伤的原因及预防 (一)与其相关联的是思想认识 1.学生的思想认识。对跪跳起这一动作重视的程度不够。脊柱运动时,躯干肌肉的协调收缩和紧张,保护着韧带和椎间小节。思想上轻视此动作的难度,肌肉过于放松,在跳起腾空瞬间发生不协调的收缩,造成腰部扭伤。
