结明(MycoDot~(TM))试剂盒无需任何仪器设备,20分钟可测血清、血浆及全血中LAM-IgM抗体,是一种快速、简便的血清学诊断肺结核的方法。本文报告162例检测结果,其中门诊及住院肺结核患者62例,内涂片结核菌阳性17例,阴性45例,肺外结核11例。呼吸系疾患36例。非呼吸系疾患33例。健康者20例,为体检及本院员工。 1.材料与方法采用美国DyaGen公司生产的结明试剂盒。受检者常规抽静脉血1ml,分离血清,4℃保存。血清为一周内采集。取血清40μl,按试剂盒说明书进行操作。每次设阳性、阴性血清孔,以便质量控制。
The kit (MycoDot ™) is a rapid and simple method for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis without any equipment. The LAM-IgM antibody in serum, plasma and whole blood can be measured in 20 minutes. This article reports 162 cases of test results, outpatient and inpatient tuberculosis in 62 cases, smear-positive TB in 17 cases, negative in 45 cases, extra-pulmonary tuberculosis in 11 cases. Respiratory disorders in 36 cases. 33 cases of non-respiratory diseases. 20 cases of healthy, for the physical examination and hospital staff. 1. Materials and methods using the United States DyaGen company’s knot production kit. Subjects routine pumping venous blood 1ml, serum separation, 4 ℃ preservation. Serum collected within a week. Take serum 40μl, according to kit instructions. Set each positive, negative serum hole for quality control.
