航空航天工业部测试情报网于1991年10月20日～24日在山东泰安市召开了第八届网务会暨第五届微机应用技术交流会。参加单位24个,代表40名。情报协调办负责人参加了会议。“八五”情报工作的突破口是抓基层情报工作,今后对基层情报工作要实行“检查和考评制度”。代表们对情报网的发展方向进行了讨论,明确了今后应紧跟形势,加强情报研究,主动为上级领导决策服务,充分发挥网内中坚力量,提高网的凝聚力。
The Test and Information Network of the Ministry of Aerospace Industry organized the 8th Network Affairs Conference and the 5th Microcomputer Application Technology Conference in Tai’an City, Shandong Province from October 20th to 24th, 1991. There are 24 participants and 40 representatives. The person in charge of the Intelligence Coordination Office attended the meeting. The breakthrough of the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” for intelligence work is to grasp grass-roots intelligence work. In the future, the “inspection and evaluation system” should be implemented for grass-roots intelligence work. Delegates discussed the development direction of the information network and made it clear that they should keep up with the situation in the future, strengthen intelligence research, take the initiative to make decisions for superior leaders, give full play to the backbone of the network, and increase the cohesion of the Internet.
