本刊讯当前,侵犯知识产权、制售假冒伪劣商品的违法行为时有发生,不仅破坏公平竞争和侵害消费者的合法权益,也一定程度上影响了大众创业、万众创新的热情。6月12日下午,记者从重庆市工商局举行的执法局打击侵犯知识产权和制售假冒伪劣商品、促进大众创业万众创新工作推进会上获悉,重庆开展“双打促双创”专项执法行动,重庆一农药公司因为涉嫌商标侵权,就被重罚了50万元。
