改革开放20年来,我省艺术教育得到很大发展,多层次、多类型的艺术教育格局在实践中逐步形成,对艺术人才的培养无论从数量和质量上与前30年相比都有很大提高,取得了可喜成绩.但目前我省艺术教育的状况与全国发达地区相比,仍处于落后地位,这里指的是总体水平,并不排除它仍然可以培养出个别“尖子”.二十世纪即将过去,二十一世纪是一个人才竞争的新时代,我们应该从整体人才结构上培养出高水平的艺术人才,以适应新世纪的需要.一、我省跨世纪艺术教育的特点
