1986～1989年在杭州市西湖区、义乌市和金华婺城及孝顺区作了再生障碍性贫血流行病学调查,粗发病率1.40/10万.标化率1.33/10万.50岁以上年龄组发病率3.58/10万,明显高于49岁以下人群发病率0.94/10万(P<0.05).有腮腺炎史为其致病危险因素.
Epidemiological survey of aplastic anemia was conducted in West Lake District, Yiwu City, Jinhua Wucheng and Xiaoshun District from 1986 to 1989. The crude incidence rate was 1.40 / 100000. The standardization rate was 1.33 / 100000.50 years old The incidence rate of group A was 3.58 / 100 000, which was significantly higher than that of people under 49 years old 0.94 / 100 000 (P <0.05) .How history of mumps was the risk factor for the disease.
