工程建筑企业由于其往往存在流动性吃紧的财务风险,因此构建一套科学系统的风险预警机制就显得十分必要。而从相关统计数据中发现,虽然大多数工程建筑企业都有一定机制的制定,但基本流于俗套,实际抗风险能力较差。针对该现状,本文从建筑企业的风险预警机制入手,总结构建要点的同时也点明该体系中的无效风控机制。
Because of the financial risk that the construction enterprises often have liquidity tightness, it is necessary to construct a set of scientific system risk early warning mechanism. From the relevant statistics found that, although most of the construction companies have a certain mechanism for the development, but the basic flow in the stereotypes, the actual anti-risk ability is poor. In view of the status quo, this article starts with the risk early-warning mechanism of construction enterprises, summarizes the key points of construction and at the same time points out the invalid risk control mechanism in the system.
