2014年以来,我国消费需求稳中略降,在国民经济下行压力加大的情况下,相比投资与净出口需求,起到了稳定与支撑经济增长的基础性作用。信息消费加速发展,服务业消费增长较快,大众消费成为主导。但是,房地产市场存在调整风险,消费价格不断走低等问题制约消费进一步提高。未来城乡居民收入稳步增长,城镇化加速推进,新兴消费热点加快发展有利于消费保持平稳增长。但是由于消费升级步伐减慢,经济下行导致消费信心不足,房地产市场风险加大将制约消费发展潜力。建议稳定房地产市场,进一步培育新兴消费热点,大力推进收入分配改革。
Since 2014, the consumer demand in our country has been steadily declining. Under the pressure of the downward pressure on the national economy, it has played a fundamental role in stabilizing and supporting economic growth compared with the demand for investment and net exports. The accelerated development of information consumption, the rapid growth of consumer services, consumer spending has become the dominant. However, there are risks of adjustment in the real estate market, and consumer prices continue to decrease, thus further hindering consumption. In the future, the income of urban and rural residents will grow steadily, urbanization will accelerate, and the accelerating development of emerging consumption hot spots will help maintain steady growth of consumption. However, due to the slow pace of consumption upgrade and the economic downturn leading to lack of consumer confidence, the real estate market risks will limit the development potential of consumption. It is suggested to stabilize the real estate market, further nurture emerging consumer hot spots and vigorously promote the reform of income distribution.
