我们制备了“正常减癌”的减式探针进行四轮筛检，克隆在正常大肠粘膜中表达而在大肠癌降低表达或不表达的基因，建成了大肠癌负相关的CDNA文库，得到46个克隆，对该46个克隆进行了部分序列测定（200hi）－opbp不等），核对lop年版本NCBIGenbank，发现其中32个克隆与免疫球蛋白
We prepared a “normally reduced cancer” subtractive probe for four rounds of screening, cloned in normal colorectal mucosa and expressed or not expressed in colorectal cancer, and established a negatively correlated CDNA library for colorectal cancer. The clones were partially sequenced (200hi -opbp) for the 46 clones and checked against the NCBI Genbank version of lop, where 32 clones and immunoglobulins were found.
