领导干部收入公开,好处至少有三:一是可以减少群众的猜忌,理顺情绪。如某项工程结算后,领导公开了自己的收入,按责权利相结合的原则,就是高出职工的一倍,也比让群众猜摸而造成情绪不稳要好。二是可以变“利”为“力”。领导干部的收入公开后,就得迫使自己时常掂量肩上担子的轻重,你既然多得了,就得多负责,多谋事,多出力,让“利”变为搞好工作的压力和动力。这样,肯定要比悄悄地拿钱后一下交给“当家的”要好。三是便于群众监督。领导干部该不该得,该得多少,收入公开后群众好把它同政策对号,日后好有个说道。
