Objective To investigate the changes of Cu, Ca and Mg contents in rat lung after stained with lead sulfide. Methods Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into high dose group, low dose group and control group. Finally, the hearts were sacrificed by cardioplegia. Heart, liver, lung, kidney, cerebral cortex, hippocampus and femur specimens were collected. After digestion , The lead content in each tissue was detected by Agilent 7500a inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the contents of copper, calcium and magnesium in the corresponding tissues were determined. Results With the increase of QD dose, the content of Pb in blood and tissues of lead-exposed rats was significantly higher than that of the control (P <0.05), and the content of Cu, Ca and Mg in the tissues was significantly lower than that of the control Control group (P <0.05). The liver, kidney and femur were the main lead-accumulating organs and lead to the decrease of copper, calcium and magnesium in the corresponding tissues, which may affect the normal metabolism and physiological activities of the body. Conclusions The research suggests that the understanding of QD toxicity should be strengthened and the level of lead exposure should be positively intervened. Contact personnel should pay attention to personal protection.
