大蒜中的单体成分对血脂影响的研究也有报道。赵法极等用合成大蒜素胶丸,每日120mg,对103例高脂血症患者观察1个月后,发现亦可降低血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯,提高血清α脂蛋白。 由上可知,大蒜制剂的降胆固醇、LDL、甘油三酯、升高HDL的作用,对预防和治疗动脉粥样硬化,减少心脑血管及外周血管病变将产生有益的影响。降脂机理有待进一步探讨。
The study of the effect of monomer components in garlic on blood lipids has also been reported. Zhao Faji and other synthetic allicin capsules, 120 mg daily, observed 103 patients with hyperlipidemia for one month and found that serum total cholesterol, triglycerides, and serum alpha lipoproteins were also elevated. It can be seen from the above that the cholesterol-lowering, LDL, triglyceride, and HDL-raising effects of garlic preparations will have a beneficial effect on preventing and treating atherosclerosis and reducing cardiovascular and peripheral vascular lesions. The lipid-lowering mechanism remains to be further explored.
