本文采用垂直拍摄法代替传统的侧面拍摄法测量液滴的接触角,研究“导电基片/绝缘膜层”表面的介质上电润湿特性。以垂直拍摄-测量直径法代替传统的侧面拍摄-提取轮廓-函数拟合求导法,避免了函数拟合,提高了测量效率。实验获得了与理论值一致的导电液滴接触角随电压变化的图形,从而验证了新方法的可行性。
In this paper, the vertical contact angle of the droplet is measured by the vertical shooting method instead of the traditional lateral shooting method, and the electrowetting characteristics of the dielectric on the surface of the “conductive substrate / insulating film” are studied. The vertical shooting - measuring diameter instead of the traditional side shooting - extraction contour - function fitting derivation method, to avoid the function fitting, improve the measurement efficiency. Experimental consistent with the theoretical value of the contact angle of the conductive droplets with voltage changes in the graph, thus verifying the feasibility of the new method.
