本文报道肿瘤光化学诊治新药癌光啉(代号PSD-007)的制备方法、化学组成及主要理化性质。薄层色谱和高效液相色谱分析结果表明,其主要成分为未知结构的相对疏水性卟啉,其余为4.2%的血卟啉(Hp)、8.6%的羟乙基乙烯基次卟啉(HVD)和0.6%的原卟啉(PP)。作者并用Hp制备得HVD。文中还报道用高效液相色谱法测定不同剂量氩激光辐照下,癌光啉组成的变化和避光恒温条件下,其紫外索瑞峰随时间的变化。
This article reports on the preparation method, chemical composition and main physicochemical properties of cancer photochemical diagnosis and treatment of cancer photomorpholine (codenamed PSD-007). Thin-layer chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography showed that the main components were relatively hydrophobic porphyrins with unknown structure, and the rest were 4.2% of hematoporphyrin (Hp) and 8.6% of hydroxyethylvinylporphyrin (HVD). ) and 0.6% of the original porphyrin (PP). The authors also prepared HVD using Hp.
