棉酚抗生育作用业已被国内外学者所证实(1~4)。并对其作用部位、机理、代谢、毒性等进行了深入地研究[5]。分子及酶水平的分析表明,棉酚可抑制三羧酸循环中数种酶的活性[6,7]。Lee等[8]认为棉酚是LDH-X的一种选择性抑制剂。另一方面,有学者[9]证明磺胺类药物亦具有杀伤精子的作用。我们初步实验也证实磺胺嘧啶(SD)可抑制人精子LDH-X活性及对精子有直接杀伤作用。本研究旨在观察在体外条件下醋酸棉酚与SD是否具有抑制人精子LDH-X与杀伤精子的协同作用。现将实验结果报道如下。
Gossypol anti-fertility has been confirmed by scholars at home and abroad (1 ~ 4). And its role in the site, mechanism, metabolism, toxicity and other in-depth study [5]. Analysis of molecular and enzyme levels showed that gossypol can inhibit the activity of several enzymes in the tricarboxylic acid cycle [6,7]. Lee et al [8] that gossypol LDH-X is a selective inhibitor. On the other hand, some scholars [9] proved that sulfa drugs also have anti-sperm effect. Our preliminary experiments also confirmed that sulfadiazine (SD) can inhibit human sperm LDH-X activity and direct killing of sperm. This study aimed to observe whether in vitro gossypol acetate and SD could inhibit the synergistic effect of human sperm LDH-X and anti-sperm. The experimental results are reported below.
