格网反应池在中小城镇水厂已有不少应用的例子。这种池型通过降低水流速度和设置增强水流内部小涡流扰动的格网板,收到了降低能耗,促进絮凝和减少停留时间的良好效果。我们在开展村镇给水研究工作中,对各类反应池的性能/造价比进行分析后认为格网反应池最优,但由于村镇给水规模较小,一般在1000~3000m~3/d居多,小水厂采用该种反应池型式具有许多自身的特点。
The grid reaction pool has many examples of applications in small and medium-sized urban water plants. This type of cell has received good results in reducing energy consumption, promoting flocculation and reducing residence time by lowering the water flow velocity and setting grid plates that enhance the small eddy current disturbance inside the water flow. In carrying out research on water supply to villages and towns, we analyzed the performance/cost ratios of various types of reaction pools and considered that the grid reaction pool is optimal. However, due to the small scale of water supply to villages and towns, it is generally between 1000 and 3000m~3/d. The water plant adopts this kind of reaction tank with many own characteristics.
