中年人的生活负担最重,身体又处在由盛至衰的转变过程,可见人到中年是养生防老的关键时期。为此我们组织了“中年保健系列谈”节目,从本期起至今年年底每期在“保健园地”栏目刊载2~3篇有关中年保健的文章,旨在使中年读者了解怎样的起居习惯是科学的,如何锻炼,如何用脑,如何防病,怎样顺利度过更年期,怎样对待肥胖等这些中年人会遇到的问题,希望读者喜欢并能从中受益。
Middle-aged people live the heaviest burden of life, and the body is in the process of transformation from Sheng to failure.
