根据煤炭市场行情,商品煤的块煤比率越大,综合售价就越高,故提高原煤的块煤含量,是增加煤矿经济效益的一条重要途径。商品煤的粒度构成主要取决于原煤的破碎程度。原煤在爆破、采装、运输及洗选过程中均遭到不同程度的破碎,而爆破工艺是列居首位的决定因素。为提高爆破后的块煤含量,我矿从1986年3月份开始,对爆破工艺的装药结构、布孔参数、起爆顺序三个课题进行了实验和研究。
According to the coal market, the higher the lump coal ratio of commercial coal, the higher the comprehensive selling price, so raising the lump coal content of raw coal is an important way to increase the economic benefit of coal mines. The granularity of commercial coal mainly depends on the degree of crushing of raw coal. Raw coal in the blasting, loading, transportation and washing process have been different degrees of crushing, and blasting process is the top deciding factor. In order to improve the lump coal content after blasting, the mine started from March 1986 and conducted experiments and studies on the charge structure, the parameters of bores and the initiation sequence of blasting process.
