文章的目的是研究讨论中国公立医院关于人力资源分配上的问题,并制定相应的解决方法。公立医院同样需要了解人力资源配置的内涵以及如何应用,首先了解人力资源的合理分配对医院的意义;并参考分析探讨先进医院人力资源利用现状。通过重组机构、人员合理分类、合理的管理方案等问题具体分析讨论,同时制定出配套的解决措施。这个过程中需要意识到每个点都是独立存在、互相作用的,系统的配合才能进行良好的管理,从而有效配比。对中国医院的人力资源分配开展深入的思考调查,转变目光短浅的思维方式,提出更好见解,针对公立医院人力资源配置的问题进行改革。
The purpose of this article is to study and discuss the problems in the distribution of human resources in public hospitals in China and formulate corresponding solutions. Public hospitals also need to understand the connotation of human resource allocation and how to apply it. First of all, it is necessary to understand the significance of rational allocation of human resources to hospitals; and to analyze the status quo of human resources utilization in advanced hospitals with reference to analysis. Through the reorganization of institutions, personnel reasonable classification, a reasonable management program and other issues of specific analysis and discussion, and to develop supporting solutions. In this process, we need to realize that each point exists independently and interacts with each other, so that systematic cooperation can be well managed and effective matching can be achieved. To carry out in-depth thinking and investigation of the allocation of human resources in Chinese hospitals, change the short-sighted way of thinking, put forward better ideas, and reform the allocation of human resources in public hospitals.
