本文通过对SX-40型精锻机锤头切削加工试验,证实用超硬型铝高速钢“501”立铣刀铣削难加工的镍基高温合金堆焊层是一种较为合适的刀具材料。对于镍基高温合金这类难加工材料的加工必须解决工艺参数的选择、切削液、刀具材料、工艺系统刚性的匹配问题。匹配得当,可充分发挥“501”立铣刀良好的切削加工性能,提高刀具的耐用度。同时,切削液在镍基高温合金镜削中对提高刀具耐用度,改善切削加工性起着十分重要的转化作用。
In this paper, SX-40-type precision forging hammer cutting test, confirmed with the hard-type aluminum high-speed steel “501” milling cutter hard alloy nickel-based superalloy welding is a more appropriate tool material.
