研究并建立了贫化电炉动态模糊优化决策模型,克服了以物料平衡和热平衡为基础的静态模型难以适应动态生产过程这一缺陷.仿真结果表明,该模型可用于对实际生产过程进行优化决策,达到节能降耗、提高有价金属回收率的目的.
The dynamic fuzzy optimization decision-making model for depleted electric furnace was studied and established, which overcomes the defect that the static model based on material balance and heat balance is difficult to adapt to the dynamic production process. The simulation results show that the model can be used to optimize the actual production process to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing the recovery of valuable metals.
