This paper presents a model model that explains the process of youth leadership development, including the conditions of youth participation in the community, the strategies employed by young people and adults to work together, and the favorable conditions and unfavorable factors and their consequences. The results of the analysis show that personal relationships, shared feelings and required participation are identified as the most prominent causal conditions. Only when young and adult respondents take joint action can the personal relationships become active and the common emotions translate into social capital, which translates into individual and community achievements.
