由水电部郑州机械设计研究所设计、吉林水工机械厂制造的DBQ3000型塔式起重机已于1986年9月10—13日在齐齐哈尔市黑龙江省火电三公司施工现场通过部级出厂鉴定,参加这次鉴定的有水电部基建司、物资局的有关领导以及大专院校、设计研究单位、制造厂及电力建设部门等46个单位的专家、教授、工程技术人员共计90多人。参加鉴定的代表们本着认真负责的精神,细心听取了设计、试制、安装总结报告,认真审阅了有关的技术文件,亲临现场观看了塔机试验,
Designed by Zhengzhou Institute of Mechanical Design, Ministry of Water and Electricity, DBQ3000 tower crane manufactured by Jilin Hydraulic Machinery Factory was appraised by ministerial level at the construction site of Heilongjiang Thermal Power Company 3 in Qiqihar from September 10 to September 13, 1986. There were more than 90 experts, professors, engineers and technicians from Ministry of Infrastructure Construction and Materials Bureau of MEP, relevant leaders of Materials Bureau and experts from 46 units such as universities and colleges, design and research institutes, manufacturing plants and power construction departments.
