针对中医诊断流程所涉及的中医领域知识,对中医本体概念及其属性进行分析,利用Protégé软件构建中医领域的知识本体。以知识本体为基础,提出基于SWRL语言的诊断推理规则,引入C-F模型对中医症状、诊断规则等不确定性因素进行匹配度计算,通过Jess推理引擎进行诊断推理的验证,尝试中医诊断推理过程中组合条件下的语义推理,为构建中医智能诊断系统打下基础。
In view of the TCM field knowledge involved in TCM diagnosis process, this paper analyzes the concept of TCM ontology and its attributes, and constructs the ontology of TCM field using Protégé software. On the basis of knowledge ontology, this paper proposes a diagnostic reasoning rule based on SWRL language, introduces CF model to calculate the matching degree of uncertainty factors such as TCM symptoms and diagnosis rules, and uses Jess inference engine to verify the diagnosis reasoning, The combination of semantic reasoning, lay the foundation for the construction of TCM diagnostic intelligence system.
