绩效考评是事后对员工的工作成果与工作效率进行考核,并根据考核结果对员工素质作出判断。绩效考评是企业人力资源管理中的重要环节、它为人员的配置、薪酬的分配、人才的培养等其他人力资源管理工作提供基础信息。因此,绩效考评不仅对企业员工的能力素质进行评估,同时也对员工的职责任务与工作结果进行考核,通过对员工绩效的考评获得员工素质及潜在能力的信息。
Performance appraisal is after the staff of the work results and work efficiency assessment, and based on assessment results to judge the quality of staff. Performance appraisal is an important part of human resources management in an enterprise. It provides basic information for other human resources management such as staffing, remuneration distribution and personnel training. Therefore, the performance appraisal not only evaluates the ability and quality of the employees, but also evaluates the tasks, responsibilities and work results of the employees, and obtains the information of employee’s quality and potential ability through the evaluation of employee’s performance.
