目的:建立一种同时检测7种氨基甲酸酯类农药-抗蚜威、速灭威、克百威、甲萘威、异丙威、残杀威、仲丁威快速灵敏的分析方法。方法:采用气质联用的方法,同时对蔬菜中的7种氨基甲酸酯类农药进行定性及定量分析。结果:该方法对7种氨基甲酸酯类农药的回收率在69.3%~106.1%之间,RSD<6%。结论:应用本方法对20种蔬菜中氨基甲酸酯类农药进行测定,阳性率4.9%。实践证明本方法选择性好、分辨率高、灵敏度高,符合分析要求,具有简单、快速的特点。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid and sensitive method for the simultaneous determination of seven carbamate pesticides - pirimicarb, metoclopramide, carbofuran, carbaryl, isoprocarb, propoxur and sec-butyl. Methods: Qualitative and quantitative analysis of seven carbamate pesticides in vegetables was conducted by GC / MS. Results: The recoveries of the seven carbamate pesticides ranged from 69.3% to 106.1% with RSD <6%. Conclusion: The method was applied to the determination of carbamate pesticides in 20 kinds of vegetables with the positive rate of 4.9%. Practice has proved that this method has good selectivity, high resolution, high sensitivity, in line with the analysis requirements, with a simple, fast features.
