作为一个人才大省，江苏为中华民族的文明进步做出了重要贡献。但由于江苏独特的地理文化，苏南、苏北的人才分布呈南强北弱之势。通过数据分析可以发现，苏南人才密集的现象，与该地区发达的经济密不可分，而教育则在两者之间扮演了一个关键角色。
