随着国有企业生产经营体制由计划经济逐步转变为市场经济,如何提高企业的市场竞争力也逐渐成为企业生存和发展的主要问题。人们逐渐意识到企业的竞争就是市场的竞争,市场的竞争就是人才的竞争,在当今激烈竞争的市场经济氛围下,人力资源管理理念逐步进入国有企业,“人力资源”越来越受到国有企业的重视,并逐渐成为国有企业的核心竞争力。下面笔者就来阐述一下国有企业人力资源管理的发展变化,以及国有企业人力资源管理者角色的演变。
