目的探讨完善的护理人员评价指标体系在骨科护理管理实践中的应用价值.方法在文献回顾和理论分析的基础上,应用护理人员评价指标体系,将我院骨科护士随机分为对照组及观察组,观察组采用护理人员评价指标体系,对照组常规管理,对比两组在护理人员工作满意度、护理服务工作满意度及护理操作技术满意度方面的差异.结果观察组在护理人员工作满意度、护理服务工作满意度及护理操作技术满意度方面与对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论护理人员评价指标体系能有效提高骨科护理人工专业技能及工作热情,可为临床优质护理管理评价的量化方法.“,”Objective To discuss the application of nursing personnel evaluation system in the management of orthopaedics nursing. Methods On the basis of literature review and theoretical analysis, the nursing personnel evaluation system was been established; the nurses in orthopaedics were random divided into 2 teams; Control group was given conventional nursing intervention; experimental group was given nursing personnel evaluation system. The degree of satisfaction in nursing service, nursing action and nursing procedure were compared. Results The degree of satisfaction of experimental group in nursing service, nursing action and nursing procedure was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing personnel evaluation system can effectively improve the professional skills and working enthusiasm, which can be the standard of clinical nursing quality management.
