我国建设市场的竞争越来越激烈,建设项目的利益作为一个持久的话题引起了更高的注意。建设工程项目成本管理的水平制约着建筑企业的生存与发展,因此相关管理者要在确保工程安全和质量的前提条件下,采取切实可行的措施降低成本,在施工过程中加强管理减少经济损失,尽量做到最大限度的节约,以提高工程收益。本文从工程实践经验出发,分析了项目管理的措施,为建设工程项目成本管理工作提供一些参考。
The competition in China’s construction market is getting more and more intense. The interests of construction projects have drawn more attention as a long-lasting topic. The level of cost management of construction projects restricts the survival and development of construction enterprises. Therefore, relevant managers should take practical measures to reduce costs while ensuring the safety and quality of construction projects, strengthen management to reduce economic losses during construction, Try to maximize the savings to improve project revenue. Based on the engineering practice, this article analyzes the project management measures and provides some references for the construction project cost management.
