本文通过对丹桂、晚红蜜、绿化9号、雪桃4种晚熟品种桃,及对照品种庆丰,给大久保桃授粉受精速度的研究,以及它们之间的杂交亲和力、花粉生活力等研究。试验表明:大久保接受4种晚熟桃及对照品种花粉后,受精时间集中在14~38h内,而且,各供试父本品种与大久保杂交的受精时间,大都确定在6h的范围内;在杂交亲和力方面发现:晚熟桃与中熟桃的杂交亲和力较低;各供试父本品种的花粉生活力与其和大久保的杂交亲和力,呈一定程度的正相关趋势。
In this paper, we studied the pollination and fertilization rate of Okubo peach, late Hongmei, greening 9, snow peach, and Qingfeng, a hybrid variety of peach cultivars, as well as their hybridization affinity and pollen viability . The results showed that when Okubo accepted four kinds of late-maturing peach and the control variety pollen, the fertilization time was concentrated within 14-38h, and the fertilization time of the hybrids of each tested parent and Okubo was mostly determined within 6h; in hybridization affinity The results showed that the hybrid affinity of late-maturing peach and mid-maturing peach was low. The pollen viability of the tested parent varieties and their compatibility with Okubo hybrids showed a certain degree of positive correlation.
