课程体系是职业院校培养技能人才的重要载体,创新课程体系应坚持五个基本理念:以职业生涯发展为目标明确专业定位;以工作任务为线索确定课程设置;以职业能力为依据组织课程内容;以典型产品(服务)为载体设计教学活动;以职业技能鉴定为参照强化技能训练。开发与创新课程体系应坚持科学性原则、实用性原则、发展性原则、多元性原则、基础性原则、灵活性原则。开发课程体系应采用科学的工作方法。我校在教学实践中,采取以下重要举措开发与创新课程体系:课程体系的课程配置以服务为宗旨,以就业为导向,突出专业课程的职业特性;课程体系强化学生职业技能训练;课程体系注重人文与专业技术的结合;课程体系增强课程的灵活性;课程体系注重特色课程建设。我校逐步形成了“宽基础、活模块、重实践、精技强能”的课程体系,提高了办学水平,取得了显著成效。
Curriculum system is an important carrier of cultivating skilled personnel in vocational colleges. Innovative curriculum system should adhere to five basic concepts: clear professional positioning with career development as the target; determine curriculum with clue of job assignment; organize curriculum content based on professional ability ; Design teaching activities based on typical products (services); strengthen skills training with reference to occupational skills assessment. Development and innovation curriculum system should adhere to the scientific principle, practical principle, developmental principle, pluralism principle, basic principle, flexibility principle. The development of curriculum system should adopt scientific working methods. In our teaching practice, our school takes the following important measures to develop and innovate the curriculum system: the curriculum configuration of the curriculum system is based on the service, oriented by employment, and emphasizes the professional characteristics of the specialized curriculum; the curriculum system strengthens the students’ vocational skills training; and the curriculum system focuses on Combination of humanities and professional skills; curriculum system to enhance the flexibility of the curriculum; curriculum system focusing on the construction of special courses. Our school has gradually formed a “wide foundation, live modules, practice, skills and strong” curriculum system, improve the level of running a school, and achieved remarkable results.
