目的:研究白附子凝集素(TGA)诱导大鼠腹腔中性粒细胞迁移与居留细胞、巨噬细胞、肥大细胞的关系。方法:分别采用腹腔内居留细胞灌洗模型,巯基乙酸盐(Tg)刺激大鼠腹腔内巨噬细胞增殖模型,N-甲基-对甲氧基苯乙胺和甲醛的缩合物(48/80)致大鼠腹腔内肥大细胞调亡模型,考察TGA诱导中性粒细胞迁移与居留细胞、巨噬细胞及肥大细胞的关系。结果:与正常大鼠比较,采用灌洗法减少了居留细胞的大鼠,TGA诱导中性粒细胞迁移无显著性差异,作用与经典的能直接诱导中性粒细胞的趋化剂甲酰甲硫氨酰亮氨酰苯丙氨酸(fMLP)一致;而采用Tg刺激大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞增殖的大鼠,48/80致大鼠腹腔肥大细胞凋亡的大鼠,TGA诱导中性粒细胞迁移均具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:TGA诱导大鼠中性粒细胞迁移不依赖于居留细胞,但居留细胞中的巨噬细胞能协同TGA诱导大鼠中性粒细胞迁移,肥大细胞能拮抗TGA诱导的大鼠中性粒细胞迁移。
Objective: To study the relationship between the migration of resident neutrophils and resident cells, macrophages and mast cells induced by. Methods: The intraperitoneal lavage of lavage cells was used respectively. The intraperitoneal macrophage proliferation model was induced by thioglycollate (Tg). Results: Compared with normal rats, lavage method reduced the number of resident cells in rats, TGA-induced neutrophil migration was no significant difference, the role of classic and can directly induce neutrophil chemoattractant Leucyl-leucyl-phenylalanine (fMLP); whereas in rats induced by Tg to stimulate peritoneal macrophage proliferation in rats, 48/80 induced apoptosis in rat peritoneal mast cells, TGA-induced neutrophil There was a significant difference in cell migration (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: TGA-induced neutrophil migration does not depend on resident cells, but resident macrophages can cooperate with TGA to induce neutrophil migration in rats. Mast cells can antagonize TGA-induced neutrophil granulocytes migrate.
