当1992年第一家地产代理公司在北京的蓝天下诞生时,人们带着怀疑的眼光。令人意想不到的是,经过12年的春夏秋冬,他们俨然成长为一个蔚为壮观的行业,而且不愧对人们送给他们的“金牌”桂冠。12载很长,12载很短。在这样一条从无到有的路上,他们是垦荒者,是拥有雄厚资金的资本家。换言之, 他们已经开始了或正在开始由“知本家”到“资本家”的战略升级。他们不是几个人,但选择几位有特点的人物,足可以使我们领略那片森林的风采。
When the first real estate agent was born in 1992 under Beijing’s blue sky, people were skeptical. Unexpectedly, after 12 years of spring, summer, autumn and winter, they seem to have grown into a magnificent industry, and worthy of their “gold medal” crown. 12 is very long, 12 is very short. On such a path from scratch, they are land reclamation workers who are rich capitalists. In other words, they have started or are beginning a strategic upgrade from “capitalist” to “capitalist.” They are not a few people, but the choice of several characteristic people, enough to make us appreciate that piece of forest style.
