【目的】一篇科技期刊论文从撰写到出版,作者使用Word来撰投,编辑部使用方正书版软件进行编辑和排版,论文需要在两个系统间转换,浪费作者和编辑很多时间和精力。方便作者撰稿,提高编辑的工作效率。【方法】基于现有的LaTeX文档类和宏包设计一个LaTeX模板,实现论文格式和内容分开管理,作者和编辑使用同一LaTeX模板来编辑和排版论文。【结果】LaTeX模板可以让作者和编辑完全不用关心期刊格式要求,有更多精力去提高论文内容的质量。【结论】作者和编辑使用LaTeX模板来排版中文科技期刊论文,可节省论文的撰写时间,提高编辑的编排校一体化工作效率,缩短科技期刊论文的出版周期,提升出版质量。
【Purpose】 A journal of scientific periodicals is written and published. The author uses Word to make the transcripts. The editorial department uses Founder edition software to edit and typeset the papers. The essay needs to convert between the two systems, wasting authors and editing a lot of time and energy. Facilitate the author’s writing, improve editorial efficiency. [Method] To design a LaTeX template based on the existing LaTeX document classes and packages, to manage the format and content of the essay separately. Authors and editors use the same LaTeX template to edit and type the essay. 【Result】 LaTeX template can let authors and editors completely ignore the requirements of journal format, and have more energy to improve the quality of the paper content. 【Conclusion】 The authors and editors use LaTeX templates to typeset Chinese sci-tech periodicals, which can save the time for writing the essay, improve the work efficiency of editing and collating schools, shorten the publication period of sci-tech periodicals, and improve the quality of publication.
