初中语文教学必须有效提高学生语文素养,而学生的思维能力和语文基础存在客观的个体差异,通过实施分层施教,才能最有效调动不同层次学生学习的积极性和主动性,激发他们学习兴趣;才能让他们成为学习上真正的主人;才能最大限度提高他们语文素养.因此,实施分层教育是以人为本,提倡素质教育的具体体现.
