作为中国市场经济发展和金融体制改革的一个重要里程碑,上海黄金交易所即将正式运行。笔者对开放后的黄金市场如何实施有效监管并建立起完整的监管体系提出若干见解。
As an important milestone in the development of China’s market economy and the reform of the financial system, the Shanghai Gold Exchange is going to be officially launched. The author put forward some opinions on how to implement effective supervision and establish a complete supervision system after the opening of the gold market.
