应用10种不同波长的单色光照明对93例不同年龄个体进行眼底摄影,结果显示50岁以下者黄斑、视神经纤维层、视乳头生理凹陷、视网膜动脉和静脉、视盘、脉络膜纹理分别在478nm、478nm、530nm、570nm、628nm和628nm波长下对比度最高;50岁以上者视神经纤维在530nm波长下可见性最高,其余各眼底结构波长相同,但对比度都比50岁以下者降低。其中黄斑、视神经纤维层的对比度显著降低(P<0.01)。文章讨论了不同年龄对单色光眼底摄影产生影响的可能原因。
The results of fundus photography of 93 individuals of different ages using monochromatic light of 10 different wavelengths showed that macular, optic nerve fiber layer, papillae, retina arteries and veins, optic disc and choroidal texture were below 47 years old at 478nm, The highest contrast was observed at wavelengths of 478nm, 530nm, 570nm, 628nm and 628nm. The optic fibers of more than 50 years old had the highest visibility under the wavelength of 530nm, while the others had the same wavelength of the fundus, but the contrast was lower than those under 50 years old. Among them, the contrast of the macula and optic nerve fiber layer was significantly reduced (P <0.01). This article discusses the possible causes of monochromatic light fundus photography at different ages.
