本标准适用于JB 1265-72《电站汽轮机和船用汽轮机主轴、整体转子锻件技术条件》以及JB 1267-72《汽轮发电机转子锻件技术条件》中各类转子和主轴锻件的超声探伤.其它轴类锻件可参考使用.1 应用前提1.1 本标准采用2~2.5兆赫的探测频率,按照脉冲反射式原理,在转子和主轴锻件的外圆表面用直探头进行接触法探伤,探头的更大直径为28毫米.必要时可使用其它行之有效的方法(如变换探测频率、探头规格、增加探伤面等)进行检查.
