经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术(PTCA)是根据Dotter和Judkins用带气囊的导管扩张周围动脉狭窄的经皮腔内血管成形术(PTA),经Dotter的弟子Gruntzig加以改良,于1977年应用于冠状动脉。PTCA已有8～9年的历史。
Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA) is a percutaneous transluminal angioplasty (PTA) based on Dotter and Judkins’ expansion of peripheral arterial stenosis with a balloon catheter modified by Dotter’s disciple Gruntzig and applied in 1977 to Coronary artery. PTCA has been 8 to 9 years of history.
