目的 探讨腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕的临床治疗效果,总结手术方法.方法 48例宫外孕患者,均经腹腔镜手术治疗,观察临床治疗效果.结果 48例患者无中转开腹者,手术均成功,术中出血量35～105 ml,平均术中出血量(58±19)ml;手术时间25.0～75.0 min,平均手术时间38.5 min;术后病理检查确诊输卵管妊娠,壶腹部妊娠未破裂30例,壶腹部妊娠破裂10例,峡部妊娠8例;48例患者无出血、感染等并发症发生,术后1～2 d肛门排气,48例患者术后1周复查血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)降至正常.结论 腹腔镜下治疗宫外孕手术时间短 、出血少、患者恢复快、住院时间短、创伤小、并发症少、临床疗效满意,值得临床推广应用.
