应用二次电子扫描线法研究了不同Ⅰ+Ⅱ型复合比下铝合金LY12的断口形貌及分形维数,讨论了分形维教与复合比及复合断裂韧度JMC的关系。结果表明,①随Ⅱ型分量的增加,裂纹启裂断口形貌逐渐由纯Ⅰ型的等轴韧窝形貌向纯Ⅱ型的抛物状韧窝形貌过渡。②复合比KⅠ/KⅡ与分形维数成反比。③LY12各复合比下启裂韧度JMC和分形维数满足线性关系
The fracture morphology and fractal dimension of aluminum alloy LY12 under different I + Ⅱ composite ratios were studied by means of secondary electron scanning line. The relationship between fractal dimensionality and composite ratio and composite fracture toughness JMC was discussed. The results show that ① with the increase of type Ⅱ component, the fracture morphology at crack initiation gradually changes from the pure type I to the pure type Ⅱ parabolic dimple morphology. ② composite ratio K Ⅰ / K Ⅱ and inversely proportional to the fractal dimension. (3) The linear relationship between the fracture toughness JMC and the fractal dimension at each compound ratio of L12 is linear
