用四氯化碳造成C_(57)小鼠肝纤維化,然后饲喂含党参花粉的饲料。电镜观察表明,党参花粉降低了中央静脉下成纤维细胞和血窦储脂细胞的活性,降低了Disse 腔胶原纤维的分级(P<0.01),其结果是减缓了肝纤维化的形成和发展。
C_(57) mice were hepatic fibrosis with carbon tetrachloride and then fed diets containing Codonopsis pollen. Electron microscopic observation showed that the pollen of Codonopsis pilosula reduced the activity of fibroblasts and sinusoidal lipid-storage cells under the central vein, and decreased the fractionation of collagen fibers in Disse’s cavity (P<0.01). As a result, the formation and development of hepatic fibrosis was slowed down.
