1987年河南省机械工业和不少省一样,产值上升,利润下降,出现了少有的被动局面。除了原材料涨价的客观因素外,管理水平低是个重要原因。为了降低产品成本,提高经济效益,我们倡导在全省机械行业全面推行价值工程,并提出了具体的任务和目标。价值工程在全省已经推行了十年,但至今推广的企业不足十分之一。在短时间怎样能在全行业全面推开呢?我们提出了开展“价值工程年”活动。造舆论、造声势,提高认识,办培训,教方法,促使推行。我们的建议得到了厅党组的支持和重视,在河南省机械电子行业有声有色地开展
In 1987, the machinery industry in Henan Province, like many other provinces, saw a rise in output value and a decline in profits, and a rare passive situation emerged. In addition to the objective factors of raw material price hikes, the low level of management is an important reason. In order to reduce product costs and improve economic efficiency, we advocated the full implementation of value engineering in the province’s machinery industry, and put forward specific tasks and goals. Value engineering has been implemented in the province for 10 years, but the number of enterprises promoted so far is less than one-tenth. How can we push it across the industry in a short period of time? We have proposed the “Value Engineering Year” campaign. Create public opinion, create momentum, raise awareness, conduct training, teach methods, and promote implementation. Our proposal was supported and valued by the Office Party Group, and it was developed in the machinery and electronics industry in Henan Province.
