目的观察几种油基拟除虫菊酯复方气雾剂在试验室对淡色库蚊、家蝇和德国小蠊的杀灭效果。方法根据GB/T 13917.2-2009,用圆筒法测定气雾杀虫剂对3种昆虫的击倒中时值(KT50),根据GB/T13917.10-2009测试模拟现场试验结果。结果 对淡色库蚊的杀灭试验中,6号配方的KT50小于1 min,其他5种配方均为1.0~1.5 min;对家蝇的杀灭试验中,1号和6号配方的KT50小于1.0 min,其他4种配方均为1~1.6 min;对德国小蠊的杀灭试验中,除2号配方外,其他5种配方的KT50均小于1 min;蚊蝇的24 h死亡率和德国小蠊的72 h死亡率均为100%。模拟现场试验中,6种配方对3种试虫的1 h击倒率和24 h死亡率均为100%。结论 6种复方杀虫气雾剂均达到了快速杀灭蚊蝇和蟑螂的效果,值得研究与推广应用。
Objective To observe the killing effects of several oil-based pyrethroid compound aerosols on Culex pipiens pallens, Musca domestica and Blattella germanica in the laboratory. Methods According to GB / T 13917.2-2009, the KT50 of aerosol insecticide to three kinds of insects was determined by the cylinder method. According to GB / T13917.10-2009, the test field test results were simulated. Results KT50 of recipe 6 was less than 1 min in the killing test of Culex pipiens pallens, and the other five formulations were 1.0 ~ 1.5 min. KT50 of formula 1 and recipe 6 was less than 1.0 min, the other four formulations were 1 ~ 1.6 min; KT50 killing test against Blattella germanica, in addition to the two formulations, the other five formulations KT50 were less than 1 min; mosquito flies 24 h mortality and German small The 72 h mortality of the cockroaches was 100%. In the simulated field test, the 1 h knockdown rate and the 24 h mortality rate of the six formulations against the three test species were both 100%. Conclusion The 6 kinds of compound insecticidal aerosols have reached the effect of quickly killing mosquitoes and flies and cockroaches, which deserves to be studied and popularized.
