有关企业预算松驰问题国内外学者进行了大量的研究,笔者试图通过一个文献综述,将有关企业预算松驰研究的一些代表性理论做一个较为系统的归纳,以期起到抛砖引玉的作用。
Many scholars at home and abroad have made a great deal of researches on slack budget of the enterprises. The author tries to summarize some representative theories about slack budget of enterprises through a literature review in the hope of playing a valuable role.
